How to sell back used garments

If your garment was bought from The Vanca website,

Step 1: Identify the garment you wish to sell back and do a quality check. Make sure you’ve owned and loved it for at least 6 months!

Step 2: Distinguish the garments between the ones bought directly from the Vanca website and those bought from other online shopping portals.

Step 3: Sign in to your account and under “my orders”, select the clothing item(s) you wish to resell.

Step 4: Fill the online form and print one copy to include in the box with your VANCA product(s).

Step 5: Pack product in a suitable packaging to ensure that it is not damaged during the shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e., DTDC, Blue dart, Aramax). Please note that VANCA is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.

Step 6: Courier and shipping charges will be refunded in coupon form that you can encash!

Step 3: Sign in to your account and under “my returns”, upload the clothing item(s) you wish to resell with its original invoice attached. Add details such as size, fabric type, etc. and submit them under “product details”.

Step 4: Fill the online form and print one copy to include in the box with your VANCA product(s).

Step 5: Pack product in a suitable packaging to ensure that it is not damaged during the shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e., DTDC, Blue dart, Aramax). Please note that VANCA is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.

All the firm’s upstream processes are being re-engineered in a manner that will help a swift progression toward manufacturing green and eco-friendly garments. We are taking definite steps towards achieving a zero carbon footprint identity through various process improvements such as a zero waste policy, 100% solar energy usage in its offices and manufacturing establishments, processes and products with social compliance (Sedex certification), and complete traceability and sustainability management of fabric sourcing and manufacturing.

RETURN/REFUND

We at The Vanca are committed to making your shopping experience hassle-free and a pleasant one.

If you are not satisfied with your VANCA-online purchase you can return the goods within 15 days of the original purchase date.**

We are more than happy to give you a credit voucher for an equivalent amount of money against your Refund order. The shipping cost charged against the return order will be refunded back with the credit voucher.

We also offer a refund in cash against your return order however as a part of VANCA’s policy you will have to bear the shipping cost for both sides and the shipping cost is non-refundable against cash refunds.

We do permit the exchange of products for a bigger or smaller size but do note that you will have to bear the shipping fees for both sides. Please note that customers returning the product, not in the original condition may be subject to a restocking cost of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

Also note that any product brought under SUPER SALE or EOSS category with heavy discounts follows-NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy.

To return a purchase please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account, click on the “view my orders” button and select the order you would like to return.

2. Fill the online form and print one copy to include in the box with your VANCA product in its original packaging.

3. Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure that it is not damaged during the shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e., DTDC, Blue dart, Aramax). Please note that VANCA is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.

4. Courier charges will be refunded in coupon form.
